As a non-profit, we offer fee-scale to every client appointment. This means the price of the session slides on a scale starting at $55/session and goes up to $115/session dependent on need and income. According to the BCACC for counselling services, a rate of $145/session should be charged; to continue our mission, and break down barriers, we offer a reduced rate to every appointment, and do not turn anyone away due to financial circumstances. 

Our counsellors are all registered with Master's Level Education, which means you are able to submit your invoice to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please look at the counsellor profile in the "Meet the Team" menu to see if their credential works for your benefits. 

We are also registered with ICBC, and CVAP for direct billing, and can accommodate some Employee Assistance Programs.
